Shipping & Local Pickup
We are currently only offering local pick-up in-store for online purchases. When picking up, please have your confirmation email and valid ID ready. We will only be able to hold your purchased items for two weeks after you receive your confirmation so please be sure to pick up your items promptly!
Return Policy
All merchandise purchased online is sold “as is” and all sales are final.
In-Store Purchases
Sales & Promotions
We have an ongoing 10% discount for seniors, teachers, students, military, and first responders:
Tuesday: Seniors
Wednesday: Teachers/Students
Friday: Military/First Responders
We also often offer promotions in-store! All discounts are written on the white board when you walk in and only apply to in-store purchases. Stop by the store to see how you can save this week!
Return Policy
Items purchased in-store may be returned for a full refund to the original form of payment if returned within 2 weeks with receipt and tags. Store credit will be issued for items purchased in-store after 2 weeks with receipt and tags. Items without a receipt may not be returned. Return approval is at the discretion of our staff and we reserve the right to deny any return that does not comply with our policy.
Donations
We accept gently used items to resell such as household items, clothing, linens, some electronics, shoes, decorative pillows, furniture, and jewelry. We also have a need for new items such as new paper towels, trash bags, and toilet paper. We do not accept mattresses or toppers, sleeping pillows, baby items (cribs, car seats, high chairs), non-working appliances, fax machines, printers, or computers.
How to Donate:
- Bring your gently used items to our intake location at the side of the Thrift Store on Bandera Rd. The donation drop-off area faces Sonic.
- Donations are accepted
- Tuesday – Saturday 8:00am – 1:00pm (SUMMER HOURS)
- Closed Sunday and Monday
- If you have large items to donate, let us do the heavy lifting. To schedule a pickup, give us a call at (830) 249-8040 or complete the form on this page.
